Processing & Handling
Once your order is placed, our team carefully prepares your item for shipment. Due to the unique size, weight, and fragile nature of our products, handling and packaging may take 2–10 business days. This allows us to ensure your item is properly protected for safe delivery.

Shipping Carrier
All orders are shipped via UPS. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been processed and shipped.

Shipping Times
UPS delivery times vary depending on your location. Once your order has been shipped, standard UPS delivery estimates apply. Please note that shipping times are in addition to the 2–10 business days required for handling and preparation.

Large & Oversized Items
Certain large or heavy items may require special handling, packaging, or freight services. If this applies to your order, we will contact you directly to discuss shipping arrangements and any additional costs before finalizing shipment.

Shipping Address
